Phil Gibson, CEO

Jason Baker, CTO
Jason Baker is the Chief Technology Officer at DPG Solutions LLC, with over 20 years of experience in the intelligence community. As a contractor, he has supported mission-critical projects in Iraq, Georgia, Australia, England, and Colorado, contributing to both front-end support and back-end development of advanced intelligence systems.
Now based in Aurora, Colorado, Jason leads the company’s technology strategy with a strong focus on infrastructure automation and cloud-native development. As a DevOps engineer on multiple high-impact projects, he specializes in Kubernetes and has deep expertise in the HashiCorp toolset. His hands-on leadership and technical insight help deliver secure, scalable solutions for both government and commercial clients.

Sean Giehl, Director of Operations
As Director of Operations at DPG Solutions, Sean Giehl brings over 17 years of experience supporting the intelligence community, shaped by his service as a Signals Intelligence Marine. His leadership is strategic and team-focused, emphasizing innovation, efficiency, and the delivery of high-impact, mission-aligned solutions. Sean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, along with ITIL and Security+ certifications. He is currently pursuing his MBA and PMP to further strengthen his ability to lead agile teams and deliver secure, scalable solutions with real-world impact.
Passionate about fostering environments where people feel supported and empowered, Sean prioritizes collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth. He plays a key role in coordinating DPG’s efforts to modernize mission systems into secure, future-ready platforms that enhance performance, maximize value, and support long-term mission success.

Beka White, Finance Manager
Since joining DPG Solutions near its inception in 2017, Beka White has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and operations. As Finance Manager, she oversees aspects of financial planning, reporting, and compliance, while also supporting and maintaining human resources functions, responsibilities she has helped shape from the ground up.
With over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, Beka brings a wealth of practical knowledge gained through hands-on experience and real-world problem-solving. She holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Accounting and has worked across various sectors, developing a reputation for precision, integrity, and a personal, people-first approach to financial management.
Beka is passionate about creating efficient systems that support sustainable growth, while never losing sight of the human element in business.

Greg Trent, Director of IRAD & Human Relations
Greg Trent is the Director of Internal Research and Development (IRAD) and Human Relations at DPG Solutions, bringing over 18 years of experience in the intelligence community. A U.S. Army veteran, he served as a Signal Collector Analyst and gradually took on greater leadership responsibilities through his service. Today, he leads innovation and research at DPG while managing talent acquisition and identifying business development opportunities aligned with the company’s IRAD strategy.
Greg holds a B.S. in Information Technology with a concentration in Software Engineering, an M.S. in Cybersecurity with a focus on Cyber Intelligence, and a Postgraduate Certificate in DevOps. He is also CISSP, Security+, and Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certified. Beginning his IT journey as a Junior Linux Administrator, Greg transitioned into the DevOps space where he continues to sharpen his technical and leadership skills. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, scuba diving, traveling with his wife and four dogs, and working outdoors on his tractor.

Cody Gillaspie, Director of Raytheon Sub-Contracts
Cody Gillaspie is a seasoned leader in the Intelligence Community with over 14 years of experience supporting both tactical and strategic missions. Since joining DPG Solutions in 2022, he has applied his expertise as an Individual Contributor, Capabilities Watch Officer, and Product Owner to deliver mission-critical capabilities. As a U.S. Army veteran, Cody brings a deep understanding of operational demands and a relentless commitment to delivering effective, reliable solutions.
Cody is known for assembling high-performing teams and aligning technical efforts with long-term mission goals. His strategic mindset, combined with a strong foundation in agile methodologies and infrastructure solutions, ensures that projects are executed with precision and flexibility. Dedicated to innovation and operational excellence, Cody plays a vital role in advancing national security through scalable, future-ready solutions.
